OVERVIEW

This website is operated by RAPIDMIND TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD. Throughout this policy, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to RAPIDMIND TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services purchased through therapidmind.com. By engaging our services and making any payment to us, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.

This policy should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which are available on our website and incorporated herein by reference.

SECTION 1 – OUR SERVICES

RAPIDMIND TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD currently provides the following services:

  1. Google Ads Management — Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Display campaign management for ecommerce brands
  2. Meta Ads Management — Facebook and Instagram campaign management including Advantage+ Shopping, Dynamic Product Ads, and retargeting
  3. Next.js + Strapi CMS Development — Custom headless CMS websites including corporate, editorial, and multi-language solutions

All three service categories involve dedicated time, planning, account configuration, and execution that cannot be reversed once work has commenced. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase or engaging our services.

SECTION 2 – GOOGLE ADS & META ADS MANAGEMENT

Cancellation of Ongoing Campaigns

Clients may cancel their ads management engagement by providing a minimum of 30 days' written notice before the next billing date. Notice must be sent by email to info@rapidmind.in or hello@therapidmind.com with the subject line: "Service Cancellation – [Client Name]".

Cancellations received less than 30 days before the next billing date will be processed for the following billing cycle. The client remains liable for the current month's management fee in full.

Refunds on Management Fees

Monthly management fees are charged in advance for the upcoming period of service. Once a billing cycle has commenced and work has begun — including campaign monitoring, optimisation, reporting, or any account activity — management fees are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

  1. Verified billing errors or duplicate charges — refunded in full upon confirmation
  2. A documented material service failure directly attributable to RAPIDMIND TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD
  3. Exceptional circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion

Third-Party Advertising Spend

Advertising budgets spent on Google Ads (Google LLC) or Meta Ads (Meta Platforms Inc.) are paid directly to those platforms and are not held or managed by us. Accordingly:

  1. We are not responsible for losses in ad spend due to platform algorithm changes, policy violations, account suspensions, or any other platform-side action
  2. Refunds or credits for ad spend must be sought directly from Google or Meta
  3. Our management fees are independent of campaign performance and ad spend outcomes

SECTION 3 – NEXT.JS + STRAPI DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS

Before Work Commences

If a client cancels a confirmed development project before any work has begun, a refund of any advance payment will be issued minus a non-refundable processing fee of 10% of the total project value (minimum ₹2,500).

After Work Has Commenced

Once project work has commenced — including discovery calls, technical scoping, design, or any development activity — the following refund schedule applies:

  1. 0–25% project completion: Up to 50% of the total project fee may be refunded
  2. 25–50% project completion: Up to 25% of the total project fee may be refunded
  3. Above 50% completion: No refund will be issued. All completed work and deliverables will be handed over to the client

"Commencement" is defined as the date our team begins any documented work activity, including the initial discovery or scoping session.

Completed Deliverables

Once a milestone, module, or final deliverable has been reviewed and approved by the client, that portion of the project is considered complete and non-refundable, regardless of subsequent decisions to cancel the project.

SECTION 4 – NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  1. Completed and delivered reports, audits, strategy documents, or presentations
  2. Time spent in discovery calls, onboarding sessions, or consultations
  3. Account setup, campaign configuration, and technical integration work already performed
  4. Third-party costs incurred on the client's behalf, including tools, software licences, or contractor fees
  5. Any deliverable that has been received and/or approved by the client

SECTION 5 – PAYMENTS

We use Razorpay for processing payments. Our payment handling practices are further described in our Privacy Policy (Section 4). For Razorpay's own terms, please visit https://razorpay.com.

All fees are quoted and charged in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are subject to change as described in our Terms and Conditions.

SECTION 6 – HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To submit a refund or cancellation request, please contact us at:

  1. Email: info@rapidmind.in or hello@therapidmind.com
  2. Subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Name / Company Name]"
  3. Include: Invoice number, date of payment, amount paid, and reason for the request

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider's processing timelines.

SECTION 7 – DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

We encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or dispute with their bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved amicably through direct communication.

In the event of an unauthorized chargeback, RAPIDMIND TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD reserves the right to:

  1. Immediately suspend all active services for the client account
  2. Submit evidence of services rendered to the relevant payment provider
  3. Seek recovery of disputed amounts plus any associated chargeback fees incurred

SECTION 8 – CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.

Your continued use of our services following any posted changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

SECTION 9 – GOVERNING LAW

This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
